What is your shipping policy?

We will ship in-stock items within 5 business days. Made-to-order items generally ship about 10 business days after the order is received.

Items are typically shipped through USPS with delivery confirmation and are insured. In the event an item arrives damaged, please retain the box and all packing materials until the claim is processed.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

What is your return policy?

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date and arrive in the same condition in which they were received. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Item prices include the cost of materials, labor, and shipping charges. In the event of a return, we will retain the USPS postage cost required to send the package to the buyer.

Items sold as unopened and woodworking plans are nonrefundable.
